Whether it’s targeted strength and fitness training, effective EMS sessions or relaxing yoga: our trainer Magdalena will accompany you in exclusive one-to-one training sessions and tailor each session to your individual goals. In the modern fitness studio with high-quality Technogym equipment or on the mat, you will find space for movement, balance and new energy.
Fitness Coach Magdalena
Magdalena has been guiding guests at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn through fitness and yoga sessions for over 15 years. Comprehensively trained and with a keen instinct, our fitness expert will help you reach the next level. In addition to Magdalena’s training as a fitness trainer, she has completed courses in Spiral Dynamics® and is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher
Magdalena’s special training
Spiral Dynamics®
Magdalena took part in Spraldynamik® courses and has been training in Medical Yoga with integrated Spraldynamik® since 2024. This intensive and structured teaching program teaches the professional application of the principles of Spiral Dynamics in therapy,
movement, sport or everyday life. Only professionals from the medical, therapeutic, sporting or educational fields are taught.
Certified Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar yoga teachers undergo a comprehensive, multi-year training and examination process and are required to undergo regular further training. They are therefore able to competently recognize the individual needs of their course participants and respond to problems with concrete assistance.
Private training
Our fitness trainer Magdalena is a real all-rounder and supports you with your individual fitness goals. She finds the right balance between exertion and relaxation and supports you with targeted assistance, professional advice and a focus on your entire body.
Magdalena will accompany you on your way to more strength, endurance and well-being with individual one-to-one training . She will give you tips and tricks for your time at home so that you can continue your training in your own four walls.
Take the opportunity of your stay to set yourself new fitness goals and do something good for your body. With intensive and highly efficient EMS training, you can take your fitness session to a new level. During training, the muscles are stimulated with an electric current. They should be stimulated to grow more than would be the case with sport without EMS.

Spiraldynamik® is a holistic movement and therapy concept based on the natural, three-dimensional movement patterns of the human body. At its heart is the idea that healthy movement follows a spiral pattern – such as the movement of the spine, walking or posture.
Spiral Dynamics & Golf
Golf is not just about strength, but above all about coordination, flow of movement and timing. The golf swing consists of a complex rotational movement that involves almost the entire body – from the feet to the pelvis, spine, shoulders and hands. This is exactly where Spiral Dynamics comes in.

In balance with yoga
With Iyengar yoga, you will discover a particularly precise and effective method for working specifically on asanas (postures) in an individual session with Magdalena. This will give your body more flexibility, stability and strength – exactly where you need it.
Thanks to her many years of experience and sound training, Magdalena will put together a tailor-made program for you and support you with valuable tips and techniques to improve your posture, release tension and strengthen your body awareness in the long term.

Iyengar Yoga
Experience the beneficial effects of Iyengar yoga – a form of yoga that places particular emphasis on precise postures (asanas). The targeted alignment of the body gently strengthens the muscles and joints, improves posture and relieves tension. Iyengar yoga also promotes inner peace, increases concentration and helps to reduce stress. Alignment and holding a position for a long time are essential here. Aids such as blocks or straps are used to perform the exercises in an anatomically correct and customizable way.
Let our certified yoga teacher Magdalena guide you and enjoy a break for body and mind. Whether beginner or advanced – everyone is welcome!
