Our fitness trainer Magdalena is a real all-rounder and supports you with your individual fitness goals. She finds the right balance between exertion and relaxation and supports you with targeted assistance, professional advice and a focus on your entire body.
Whether targeted equipment training or individual one-to-one training, our experienced fitness trainer Magdalena will accompany you on your way to more strength, endurance and well-being. She will give you tips and tricks for your time at home so that you can continue your training in your own four walls.

Find your balance with yoga
Experience the beneficial effects of Iyengar yoga – a form of yoga that places particular emphasis on precise postures (asanas). The targeted alignment of the body gently strengthens the muscles and joints, improves posture and relieves tension. Iyengar yoga also promotes inner peace, increases concentration and helps to reduce stress.
Let our certified yoga teacher Magdalena guide you and enjoy a break for body and mind. Whether beginner or advanced – everyone is welcome!
New: Yoga outdoors
Enjoy yoga in the open air with a fantastic view of the wonderful landscape of the Styrian Enns Valley. Every Saturday, 45 minutes of wellbeing await you, during which you can gently stretch and strengthen your body under guidance, putting your body and mind into a pleasant state of calm and relaxation.

Nordic walking – active and healthy on the move
Discover the numerous benefits of Nordic walking – a gentle but effective sport that trains the whole body. The targeted use of poles not only strengthens the leg muscles, but also effectively involves the arms, shoulders and torso. Nordic walking is also easy on the joints, improves endurance and promotes blood circulation.
Take advantage of your stay at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn to explore and enjoy the beautiful nature around the castle. Our team at reception will be happy to give you tips for walking trails that you can hike from the hotel.
Nordic walking poles are available to hire free of charge at our reception. The poles are height-adjustable and can therefore be individually adapted to your size. Just try it out and get started right away!

Some places and locations are particularly energizing, allow us to calm down or increase our perception and creativity. The Styrian Enns Valley is rich in these special nature.power.places that allow you to feel a deep connection to nature.
The summer program of the Grimmingland health region combines these nature.power.places with exciting activities, relaxed movements and interesting experiences.
