The Mediterranean influence also gives our Austrian cuisine a sophisticated touch.

Sustainability is a top priority at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn and finds a particularly enjoyable expression in the hotel’s kitchen. We are proud of the excellent products from our homeland. That’s why we attach great importance to the individual taste of the ingredients, which mainly come from the region. And because, as is well known, we also eat with our eyes, we ensure that the individual components look as great as they taste. From the Trautenfels trout to the highland beef from Unterburg-Pürgg to the organic eggs from our own chickens and the salads and herbs from our greenhouse:

The cuisine at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn always reflects the season. Asparagus and rhubarb in spring, mushrooms, game and goose in autumn – season and region create a harmonious symbiosis. The icing on the cake in Pichlarn is our drinks. In addition to excellent wines and spirits, we offer you Styrian mountain water from our own springs.
