We are proud of the excellent products of our homeland. That is why we attach great importance to the intrinsic taste of the basic products, which come mainly from the region.
And because, as is well known, the eye also eats, we make sure that the individual components can work visually. From the trout from Trautenfels to the highland beef from Unterburg-Pürgg to the organic eggs from our own chickens and the salads and herbs from our greenhouse:

The cuisine at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn always reflects the season. Asparagus and rhubarb in spring, mushrooms, game and goose in autumn – season and region create a harmonious symbiosis. The icing on the cake in Pichlarn is our drinks. In addition to excellent wines and spirits, we offer you Styrian mountain water from our own springs.
