The cuisine at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn always reflects the changing seasons. Asparagus and rhubarb in the spring, mushrooms, game, and goose in the fall—seasonal ingredients and local produce come together in perfect harmony. In Pichlarn, the cherry on top is a little sip.
