Civil Wedding Ceremony & Non-Religious Wedding Ceremony

As a registered marriage registry office, the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn offers couples the opportunity to exchange vows right inside the castle—without having to go anywhere else.

  • Wedding ceremony setup, including the ceremony table, seating for up to 40 people, and a sound system (microphone and speakers): €1,000. We’d be happy to provide you with a customized quote for additional guests and seating.

Whether in the castle park with a view of the 600-year-old linden tree, on the Grimmingwiese in front of our winter garden with a view of the unique Grimming mountain, or in the castle’s event spaces: The venue for your wedding ceremony will be customized to your wishes and the size of your wedding party.

Even large groups of 100, 150, or more guests can celebrate your civil or non-religious wedding ceremony together. We’ll plan the perfect setup—from seating arrangements to technical equipment—exactly according to your wishes.

For non-religious wedding ceremonies, we’re happy to recommend wedding officiant Marlies Schwarz – Ewige Worte. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own wedding officiant.

While you enjoy your special day, our experienced team will take care of all the behind-the-scenes arrangements. That way, you can focus entirely on your guests and those unforgettable moments. The perfect finale is a lively celebration that lasts well into the evening, before the bride and groom and their guests wind down the day in our comfortable rooms and suites.

Thanks to our ample room and suite capacity, the bride and groom and their guests can enjoy a comfortable stay right on site. This exclusive package can also be perfectly combined with golf, wellness, fine dining, or customized activities, creating unique experiences for both international and regional wedding parties.

From classic to exclusive – we will create the perfect setting for your dream wedding. The following two wedding packages are available for your big day. Please note that a wedding at the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn is only possible in conjunction with a room contingent.

  • Agape for 3.5 hours with IMLAUER sparkling wine Grüner Veltliner Brut, non-alcoholic drinks, draught beer, coffee & tea as well as savory and sweet finger food

  • Classic 4-course wedding menu with starter, soup, 3 main courses of your choice and dessert

  • Drinks package for 4 hours with one type of red and one type of white wine recommended by the sommelier, draught beer, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee & tea

  • Midnight snack

  • Children’s meals and drinks

  • You are welcome to have your wedding cake created according to your wishes in the Schloss Patisserie. (Not included in the package price)

To make the most of your wedding celebration even after the banquet, you have the option of booking our Restaurant 19, just a few steps away from the hotel, as an exclusive party location.
