  • All of these skills are required in the 4-year hotel and restaurant specialist apprenticeship. And even more! This apprenticeship is a combination of the two apprenticeships of hotel and catering assistant and restaurant specialist. This means that you will get to know two exciting worlds of the hotel industry at the same time.

  • You will be introduced to office tasks as well as the duties at reception and in the restaurant. This ranges from welcoming guests and planning room occupancy to compiling food and drink menus, taking and serving orders, liaising with suppliers and providing support at events such as weddings and banquets.
