Your tasks

  • Managing your own ward and the associated staff management

  • Guest services

  • Preparation and implementation of a smooth service process and the associated compliance with our service standards

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel industry

  • Good knowledge of German

  • Professional experience in the service sector in upscale gastronomy

  • Knowledge of the “Matrix” cash register system is an advantage
