Human Resources & Office Coordinator (m/f/d) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Your tasks

  • First point of contact for our on-site employees

  • Conducting the “Orientation Days for New Employees”

  • Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Assistance with Human Resources Management

  • Drafting Employment References

  • Review of Weekly Time Tracking

  • Vacation and Sick Leave Management

  • Assistance with payroll processing

  • Organizing Visits to the Company Physician

  • General Correspondence and Office Tasks

  • Records Management and Organizational Tasks

  • Promoting cooperation among departments

Your profile

  • Knowledge and experience in human resources or as an assistant are a plus

  • Proficient Use of MS Office Programs

  • Ability to work independently

  • Flexibility and the ability to work well with others

  • Strong social skills, empathy, and assertiveness
