Tip from the Pichlarn Team
If you want to experience waterfalls in a particularly immersive way, set out as early in the morning as possible. At that time, many trails are still quiet in the forest, the light is special, and the temperatures are pleasant.
Be sure to wear sturdy shoes, as the trails near waterfalls and in gorges can be wet and slippery. Always bring plenty of water with you on your hikes and excursions, and—depending on the weather—don’t forget sun protection and rain gear. That way, you’ll be well prepared and can enjoy the impressive natural scenery safely and carefree.
In keeping with our water theme, you’ll also enjoy the highest quality right here at the hotel: The crystal-clear mountain spring water from our six on-site springs is purified and mineralized using state-of-the-art BWT technology—sustainable, locally sourced, and with an excellent taste. As a Best Water Hotel, Pichlarn has made a conscious decision to avoid using conventional mineral water bottles, thereby contributing to environmental protection.
