Apprenticeship as a cook
You like pleasure and have a knack for presenting your creations in an appealing way? With us, you’ll not only learn the craft, but also how to organize yourself, think and act in a structured way. Appetite for more? Then the apprenticeship as a cook will fill you with joy. After three years, you’ll be a full professional.
Apprenticeship as restaurant specialist
You are known for your friendly, open and correct manner? Do you enjoy demonstrating your dexterity and delighting guests? Then you are made for the upscale gastronomy. You will learn professionalism with us. If you enjoy working with people and bringing joy to others, this apprenticeship is just right for you. After three years you will be a full professional.
Apprenticeship as hotel and hospitality assistant
You are an absolute organizational talent and put a smile on the guests’ faces. With us, you will learn to keep track of reception, reservations, events, restaurant and bar, kitchen, purchasing, housekeeping and golf. You will go through all these departments during your 3-year apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship as catering specialist
As a catering specialist, you will receive two training programs at the same time: as a restaurant specialist and as a cook. After four years, you will be a full professional in both areas and can decide which department you would like to stay in. For all those who are already striving for higher things.
Apprenticeship as hotel and restaurant specialist
As a hotel & restaurant specialist, you do two apprenticeships at once. Your focus will be on the office area as well as on the reception and the restaurant. After four years, you will have an overview of the departments you have learned and can decide for yourself whether you want to take on the role of host or administrator. This new profession is ideal if you are already thinking about flights of fancy in your future.
