You have an exceptional talent for organization and have a way of putting a smile on guests’ faces. You’ll gain experience in all of these departments during your 3-year training program.

Apprenticeship as a Pastry Chef
Want to enjoy the sweet life? In this 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll learn, among other things, what to look for when purchasing and storing food so you can prepare delicious desserts, tarts, and cakes. You’ll also learn how to plan a menu, apply various techniques, and much more. What do you need for this? Above all, you should enjoy working with food. Lisa Pierer—the Styrian champion
With us, you have the opportunity to learn from the best and put your skills to the test in apprenticeship competitions. That’s exactly what our Lisa did. At the end of her apprenticeship as a hotel and hospitality assistant in Pichlarn, she won gold at the Junior Skills competition as the top contestant from Styria. Shortly after that, she received another fantastic award: Lisa was named Apprentice of the Year. Our entire IMLAUER family is proud of Lisa and is thrilled that she decided to stay in Pichlarn. Today, in our reservations department, she advises guests on how to make their stay a dream come true. A true success story.
Florian Keppelhofer – Exceptional Culinary Artistry
Another success story unfolded at the Junior Skills 2024: Florian Keppelhofer, a budding culinary professional, demonstrated his cooking skills and won the silver medal. Shortly thereafter came the next success: After nearly four years of intensive training, Florian passed his final apprenticeship exam with honors. The entire IMLAUER family congratulates him on this achievement!
