You are an absolute organizational talent and put a smile on the guests’ faces. With us, you will learn to keep track of reception, reservations, events, restaurant and bar, kitchen, purchasing, housekeeping and golf. You will work in all of these departments during your 3-year apprenticeship.

As a hotel & restaurant specialist, you will complete two apprenticeships at once. Your focus here will be in the office area as well as at reception and in the restaurant. After four years, you will have an overview of the departments you have learned and can decide for yourself whether you want to take on the role of host or administrator. This new profession is ideal if you are already thinking about flying high in your future.
