Competition conditions

§1 Object
These conditions of participation and data protection information regulate the participation in the competition of Schloss Pichlarn Betriebe GmbH (hereinafter: the organizer) by the participants and the use of the data collected or communicated by the participants. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation. The conditions of participation, the duration of participation, the prizes and information on the winner draw can be found in the competition description on the competition page.

§2 Settlement
Payment of the prize in cash, in kind or in exchange is not possible. One participant can forgo the prize. In this case, the next participant in the order of winners will take his place. The prizes in the form of concert tickets will be handed over by post or on site. The winners will be announced promptly on Facebook and Instagram and informed of their prize on the same platform. If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within a period of 4 days, the prize will be forfeited. If the contact details provided are incorrect, the organizer is not obliged to find the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants.

§3 Exclusion of warranty
The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organizer. This can include technical problems, rule changes or decisions by Facebook.

§4 Redemption & winnings
The ticket can only be redeemed on presentation and is only valid for the 2022 Advent concert. The organizer is not liable for the redemption of a ticket by unauthorized third parties.
