Every year, in honor of the wild growing daffodil that decorates the flower meadows in Ausseerland in spring, a festival is celebrated that combines tradition with nature and hospitality.
At the daffodil festival, the artistic daffodil figures are presented on the streets in the village. A colorful festival program awaits them with artists from the Magic Ring Austria, music and culinary delights. The presentation of local handicraft enterprises, the coronation of the daffodil sovereigns, the vintage car meeting, zhe brass band star march and the daffodil night in Grundlsee is worth an visit.
