Skiing event of superlatives
Every year in January, Schladming becomes the venue for perhaps the most spectacular ski race in the World Cup winter. The legendary night slalom – The Nightrace – transforms the Planai stadium into a witches’ cauldron. Up to 45,000 ski fans celebrate at this superlative ski event and turn night into day.
