The Pichlarn Torte has been a firm fixture in our castle kitchen for several decades – a sweet classic that never fails to delight our guests. In good Styrian tradition, we refine it with aromatic poppy seeds, an ingredient that has always been appreciated in our region and is often used for pastries and traditional dishes.
Handmade with lots of love and the best ingredients, the Pichlarn Torte combines the finest poppy seeds, aromatic hazelnuts, melt-in-the-mouth dark chocolate, a subtle hint of cinnamon and juicy-sweet cherries to create an unforgettable treat.
