Pure enjoyment of nature awaits you on a winter hike around the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn. When winter bathes the Styrian Enns Valley in glistening white, the 50-hectare golf course area around our resort is transformed into a true winter hiking paradise.
For all those who love the tranquillity of nature, the golf course – normally a stage for sporting tee-offs – offers a unique backdrop for relaxing walks and unforgettable winter experiences in winter.

Whether you are enjoying the sunrise over the snow-covered hills in the morning, catching the warm rays of the sun at midday or enjoying a romantic walk for two as dusk falls – our snow-covered golf course is the perfect backdrop in winter to enjoy the gentle side of winter.
Nature lovers, winter romantics and active recreation seekers will all get their money’s worth here.

Winter hiking in the region
The region around the IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn offers a variety of charming winter trails for relaxing walks and enjoyable hikes. Depending on your mood, fitness level and the weather, you can enjoy leisurely walks on the plain, easy hikes over gentle hills and to nearby alpine pastures as well as more challenging tours in the surrounding mountains.
We have put together a careful selection of recommended tours in the vicinity of the hotel for you. Please make sure you wear good, non-slip footwear and warm, weatherproof clothing for all activities. As the alpine pastures are not open in winter, we recommend packing a small snack and a thermos flask of hot tea – for enjoyable breaks in the midst of winter nature.
